All our dye-sublimation inks are non-toxic and water-based. We also offer UV printing for certain products.
What is dye-sublimation?
In Layman’s terms, the image is printed onto a special transfer paper. This printed image is then fed through a high-pressure roller heat-press. This process then transfers the printed image onto the fabric. This process allows for the ink to be embedded into the fabric.
What is UV printing?
UV printing is a form of digital printing that uses ultra-violet lights to dry or cure ink as it is printed. As the printer distributes ink on the surface of the fabric, specially designed UV lights follow close behind, curing or drying the ink instantly.
What is strike-through?
Strike-through is the visibility of the print on the reverse side of single-sided prints. With our high-quality inks, we can offer increased penetration through the fabric – allowing your prints to be clearly visible on either side.
